(Alternatively, you can pour the boiling water into a dish of room temperature water.) Keep an eye on them to make sure they don’t burn themselves, and stay close by if they’re little. Put their faces directly over the steam (beginning slowly) while bracing their arms on the pot on either side of the pot so they can hold their leaning weight comfortably
  3. Now, wrap a large dish towel over their heads and a little over their shoulders so that the material forms a tent for them to sleep in. The steam can be turned down a little, and the oil vapors can be turned up a little more if the vapors are too strong. They can also modify their head position so that they are comfortable with the amount of heat on their face. Initially, they may choose to keep their eyes closed
  4. They are now within the healing tent, which contains healing steam

This was the lowest price I could find for an inexpensive sauna with remote, so I decided to take a chance on it, knowing that the worst case scenario would be that I would have to pay return postage.
