Bring in the poly to a tight fit so that it wraps around the back of the rack and both sides, leaving the front exposed as the only piece that is not covered.
Now that the top and one side have been taped, trim the extra material from the remaining side and attach it to the front post of the frame as well.
I won’t condemn you if yours doesn’t look very attractive; mine was hideous.
Remove any surplus material that has risen from behind the shelf rack.
Everything is finished – all that is needed is a door.
Using the excess wood you removed from the side, construct your door.
