Our professionals use a three-stage technique to apply PVC coating to polyester fabric. Using a thermal heat machine set at 200 degrees Celsius, the first stage in shrinking the cloth before printing is completed before printing begins. Following that, our imported digital printers print the artwork on a special transfer paper, which is then transferred to a canvas. Final processing involves putting both the fabric and the paper together in a thermal heat machine in order to infuse the artwork on to the cloth. We import Belgian fabric for our 100 percent PVC pop-up tents and utilize high-quality, long-lasting inks to make bespoke printed pop-up tents for our customers. The entire process is divided into two stages: the first stage, in which six-color ink jets print the artwork directly on the PVC surface, which is then transferred to the fabric by means of our heat lacquer machine in the second stage
And the second stage, in which the artwork is transferred to the fabric by means of our heat lacquer machine.
