Customers are strongly advised to utilize only authentic Brother drum units and/or toner cartridges, according to the company. Each Brother laser printer is engineered to operate at predetermined temperatures that are precisely suited to the unique properties of each of our toner formulations. Each component is intended to function in conjunction with the others in order to assure quality and dependability. The use of non-Brother supplies may have an adverse effect on the hardware’s performance, print quality, and overall machine dependability.
In the event that there is paper or labels trapped beneath the drum unit or on one of the drum unit’s sides, the message “Print Unable 32” or “Machine Error 32″ may show on the display.” Follow the methods outlined below to determine if a piece of paper or a label is stuck: 1.Depress the power button on the right side of the machine, which is positioned on the right side of the machine.
3.With your hand on the green handle of the drum unit, raise the drum unit up and slide it out until it comes to a complete stop.
NOTE: When transporting the drum, always hang on to the green handles.
- Make careful to set the drum unit on a clean, level surface on top of a piece of disposable paper in case any toner is accidently spilled or spread.
- If there is, remove the material and discard it.
- 6.Remove each toner cartridge from the drum unit one at a time by grasping the cartridge’s handle and pulling it out of the unit.
- Remember to lay the toner cartridges on a clean, level surface on top of a piece of disposable paper in the event that any toner is accidently spilled or scattered.
- There are four free slots on the drum unit where the toner cartridges were previously placed, as seen in figure 7.
- If any are discovered, they should be removed.
- If any are discovered, they should be removed.
Remove the transfer belt from within the machine where the drum was placed by grasping the green sections of the belt unit with both hands and raising the belt unit up and then pulling it out of the machine.

Remove any foreign material from the belt by rotating it with the help of the gear with grooves/cutouts that is positioned toward the back right hand side.
NOTE: Make certain that you spin the gear a sufficient number of times to check the full surface of the belt.
The green handle on the waste toner box allows you to remove it from the machine.
If anything is discovered, it should be removed.
DO NOT TAKE THE PAPER OUT OF THE BOX.
Reassemble the machine as much as possible.
b.Reinstatement of the transfer belt unit in the machine.
To secure the belt unit in place, press down on the green region of the unit.
It is important that you match the toner cartridge color to a similar color label on the drum unit, and that you fold down each toner cartridge handle (A) once you have placed the toner cartridges in their respective slots.
Ensure that the gray lock lever (1) is in the up position before continuing.
Insert the drum unit into the machine and depress the gray lock lever to secure it.
After pushing the drum unit in until it comes to a complete stop, shut the front cover.
Turn on the Brother machine again and check to see if the problem notice displays again.
It is determined that the problem has been fixed if and when the notification no longer shows and the display returns to the current date and time.
The printer is covered by a one-year on-site limited warranty.

One of the following causes will cause the message “Unable to Print 32” to show on the screen: It might be caused by a foreign object, such as a paper clip or a ripped piece of paper, becoming trapped in the machine, or it could be caused by a mechanical problem. Continue to step 1 if you want to make an attempt to fix the problem. 1.Using both hands, move the scanner cover into the open position by pressing down on the finger grips on either side of the machine. 2. – Does the scanner cover support arm, which is placed on the left side of the machine, catch your attention?
- – If the answer is no, double-check that you have opened the scanner lid (as in the image above).
- Close the document cover and return to step 1 in order to open the scanner cover again.
- 3.Move the print head from left to right with your hand, paying close attention for any paper pieces that may have become lodged under the print head.
- If the print head is located in the right-hand corner, push and hold down for at least 5 seconds until the print head is located in the center of the print area.
- Turn the machine around so you are looking at the rear of the machine while leaving the scanner lid open.
- 6.Inspect the inside for foreign items or paper that has been clogged.
- 7.Remove the Jam Clear Cover and flip the machine around to face the front once more to finish.
– If the message “Unable to Print 32” is still shown, go to step 10.
Allow for roughly one minute of unplugging and replugging of the machine after it has been unplugged.
– If the error “Unable to Print 32” has been resolved, proceed to step 11.11.
a.Select the Touchscreen option.
c.Quality of the PressPrint d.PressOK.
– If the PQCS print is successful, then your machine is in proper operating order.
– Return to step 10 if the PQCS fails to print because the message “Unable to Print 32” occurs again and you have not cycled the power.
Your machine will need to be repaired or serviced.
There is an option to move faxes from memory to another fax machine to ensure that they are not lost in transit.
Go to step 13.13 if you wish to confirm and transfer received faxes into your memory.
It is necessary that you have already programmed the Station ID in your fax machine in order to be able to transmit data from one fax machine to another.
Continue to the section on Warranties and Service Options.
b.Select the Touchscreen option.

e.PressData Transfer is an abbreviation for Electronic Press Data Transfer.
– There are no faxes in memory to transmit if “No Data” shows on the screen.

- Gain access to the back of your computer.
- b.If there is stuck paper in your machine, slowly remove the jammed paper from your machine.
- If any are discovered, they should be removed.
- Check to see that the lid is completely closed.
- The scanner cover should be lifted into the open position by using both hands and the finger grips located on either side of the machine.
- DON’T make direct contact with the encoder strip with your naked hands or fingers.
- The use of bare hands or fingers to touch the encoder strip may result in extra machine problems.
If the printhead does not move, the printer will need to be reset by pressing the power button.
Remove the printer from the wall and reconnect it.
Whenever necessary, the print head may be changed from side to side.
Remove everything that has been discovered.
It is possible that paper fragments or other material have been soaked with ink and are difficult to distinguish.
Continue to step 5 if the “Unable to Print 32” problem has been resolved.
4.Remove the machine from the power outlet by pulling the plug out.
After one minute, reconnect the machine’s power cord.
– If the message “Unable to Print 32” is still shown, go to step 6.
Create a Print Quality Check Sheet (PQCS) to ensure that your prints are of high quality: a.Select the Touchscreen option.
c.PressCheck the print quality of the document.
A PQCS is going to print.
To return to the main menu, use the ESC key.
The situation has been rectified.
– If you are seeing a different error message, go here to search for that error message and find the right troubleshooting procedures.
DO NOT use any type of rough or abrasive cloth (such as a napkin or tissue) since the fibers may get dislodged and cause harm to your machine, and/or the lotion from the tissue may coat the Encoder Strip, causing the paper to jam even more often.
Most of the time, you will need to rub the Encoder Strip forcefully and aggressively in order to get it totally clean.
The scanner cover should be lifted into the open position by using both hands and the finger grips located on either side of the machine.
If the printhead does not move, the printer will need to be reset by pressing the power button.
Remove the printer from the wall and reconnect it.
Finding the gray Encoder Strip is easy if you peek inside of the machine from the front left side of the machine.
Both of the thin strips may be found on the right side of the scanner cover support arm with relative ease.
The Encoder Strip is the strip that is closest to the front of the device and is grey in color with vertical lines present.
Pick up the gray encoder strip with your fingertips, and raise it up so that you can wrap a soft and dry lint-free cloth over it to protect it while you clean it.
f.
This will prevent oil from accumulating on it and causing it to snap around.
h.Grab the encoder strip with your fingers once again and raise it up so that you can lay the soft and dry lint-free towel around it for cleaning.
j.Release the gray Encoder Strip slowly and gently.
Close the scanner lid gently by using the finger grips on either side of the scanner.
– If the “Unable to Print 32” problem message is still visible on the screen, go to step 8.
a.Select the Touchscreen option.
c.PressCheck the print quality of the document.
A PQCS is going to print.
Currently, the machine is in perfect working order.
– If the message “Unable to Print 32” comes again on the screen, go to step 8.8.
It is suggested that you transfer your faxes as well as your fax journal report before proceeding with warranty options.
There is an option to move faxes from memory to another fax machine to ensure that they are not lost in transit.
– If you do not wish to transmit faxes or the Fax Journal Report, go to Warranties & Service Options and choose “Do Not Transfer.” – Alternatively, if you wish to confirm and transfer faxes into memory, proceed to step 9.
Transferring faxes from one machine to another is a common task.
If you have not done so, you will receive the message.
Continue to the section on Warranties and Service Options.

Despite the fact that a printer has a distinct history, ossia the different description is a little expensive, and there aren’t any true alternatives available.
