There is a small amount of light leaking out. The inside is lined with diamond mylar and has enough apertures for venting or anything you want. Here are the two things to keep an eye out for. One major problem is that the instructions are not correct. It is necessary to install the frame within the tent rather than folding the tent around as illustrated.

- There was no way I could have put the frame together the way it was in its current state.
