What kind of tent do I need and how big should it be? This is dependent on what you’re doing within the tent. For example: The approximate number of individuals you anticipate to be beneath the tent. All-Purpose AP Tents / Canopies are lightweight tension constructions that may be installed on grass lawns by the customer themselves. It is good for use in the shade or moderate rain, but not for use in very windy situations. Grass must be staked into the ground. Pole Tents are supported by center pole(s), side poles, and ropes that extend 6′ out to stakes around the perimeter

Pickup is usually arranged for Monday (we’ll ask you for the start time of the event so that we can decide the most convenient time for you to pick up your package).

Because of a variety of reasons, there is no set timing for installation or dismantling for the majority of events.
