There is a cost for this (normally approximately $70 per tent), and you will be required to provide copies of your site plan to the permission office, as well as sketches demonstrating the placement and size of the tents you wish to have on your site, to the permitting office. To obtain the permission, allow a few days for processing, so prepare ahead of time.

How far in advance of my event will the tent be set up?

Unless other arrangements have been made with us, we will set up tents 1 to 2 days before to the event.

What if there is a bad storm during my event?

Our bigger canopy tents are capable of withstanding a rain with ease. Even in a moderate storm, the smaller frame tents, particularly those that are not fastened with pegs or weights, are far more fragile. If severe weather occurs (i.e., high winds, hail, or powerful lightning), it is recommended that you have an inside spot nearby where your visitors may ride out the storm until the storm passes.

How soon after my event will the tent be picked up?

Unless further arrangements have been made with us in advance, 1 to 3 days following the event.

Do you require a deposit for a tent rental?

When we confirm your rental, we’ll want a 25 percent payment from you. The deposit is not refundable in any way.

How much extra does it cost to add sidewalls to a tent?

The cost of a sidewall varies from $1 to $2 per lineal foot, depending on the type of sidewall that is purchased.

Do your prices include setting up and taking down the tent?

When you reach the checkout page, you will notice that there is a fee for “shipping.” This is really the price for delivering and putting up the tent, as well as returning to disassemble the tent and transport it back to our rental site in the future. You may, however, simply set up a tiny canopy tent with the assistance of just one other person if you are renting a small canopy tent. These tents feature folding legs that you will pull out when you need to use them. When you draw the legs of the tent out, the aluminum frame that supports the top of the tent expands.

Our rates do not include the cost of assembling and disassembling tables and chairs.

if you will be unable to set up and take down your chairs and tables, please contact us so that we may make arrangements for someone else to do so on your behalf. This service will be charged at a higher rate than the standard rate.

What’s the difference between a pole tent and a frame tent?

Pole tents are sometimes known as canopy tents or party tents, depending on the situation. These tents are available in a variety of sizes ranging from 20′ wide to 100′ wide and practically any length. They are made comprised of a tent material that is supported by center poles, perimeter poles, and staked down lines that extend forth from the edges of the tent to form a frame. These tents are by far the safest tents you can rent on the market. Frame tents feature a tent top that is supported by a free-standing frame and do not have any inner support poles to hold it up.

They are often secured with sandbags or cement blocks to ensure that they do not topple over in high winds, however we may also use man lines and stakes if it is deemed necessary.
