I Found Termites in My Apartment! Here’s How I Handled It

What are termites?

However, termites are not only insects that feed on wood; there are many different types of termites to choose from. On a broad level, they may be divided into two major categories:

And, to my horror, I discovered that there were even more string lights in the vicinity of where the string lights were.

I couldn’t pinpoint a single source since termites were practically erupting from every surface, including the floor, walls, and ceiling.

They were drawn to light, and as a result, they began to fall on my laptop screen as well.

It was around three o’clock in the morning!

I waited until 6 a.m.

After a last-minute search, I discovered an Airbnb and booked a stay there for a few days, expecting that the termites would be cured as soon as possible.

While I waited for the termites to be exterminated, they were wreaking havoc on my flat, which had taken over everything in the meanwhile.

Moreover, they were removing their two sets of lightweight and colorful wings from their backpacks.

They were in my cabinets, on my bed, on my clothing, on my couch, and everywhere else.
