20×30 High Peak Tent (48 Guests)
With high peak tent rentals, you can add a touch of elegance to any occasion! The 2030 high peak frame tent rental adds 600 square feet of additional room to your home or business. It easily accommodates 48 people at six 60-inch circular tables or eight 8-foot banquet tables. The frame tents are secured to the ground with pegs, water barrels, concrete, or any combination of these materials on asphalt, concrete, or on grass. In the centre, there are no obstacles such as center poles, and it is staked three feet out on the perimeter, necessitating a space of 23’x 33’x 16′ to be used.
- Our tent rentals do not include the cost of table and chair rentals, nor do we cover the cost of tent sides.
- In residential settings, we do not propose staking into asphalt; but, in commercial places, we can do so if the customer or the venue gives us prior clearance.
- Delivery, pick-up, and taxes, on the other hand, are not included.
- We are able to back fill the holes with blacktop once the stake has been removed at a cost of $5 each hole after it has been removed.
- It is your responsibility to tell Academy Rental Group in advance of your event if you discover that subterranean wires exist.
- In order to determine whether or not a tent permission is required, you must contact local governments.
Party Packages
There are no substitutions allowed for party packages. We provide all of our things individually if a bundle does not match your specific party requirements. Tent packages do not include the setup and takedown of tables and chairs, which is an additional cost. If you require this service, you will be charged an extra fee. Customers are responsible for folding and stacking all tables and chairs prior to the scheduled pick-up time for their event.

Tents are chosen at random for delivery. If you require a specific color, such as All White, Blue/White etc. please let us know when you place your order. Please Note: Tents will not be changed for color preferences once they are delivered and/or installed.
Please have your yard ready for the arrival of your rental equipment before the scheduled delivery time. The delivery crew will not wait for you to complete the preparations in your yard. It is your responsibility to ensure that the area is clean and free of obstructions prior to our arrival. We ask that you do not mow your lawn on the day of delivery. It is preferable to do so at least 2 days before your scheduled delivery. Please make sure that any pet waste is removed from the area prior to delivery.
